Prior to Chief Executive, Lindy was Director of PR and Conferences, responsible for upholding the depth and breadth of the conference and workshop topics held alongside the company’s extensive portfolio of trade exhibitions. From project management and marketing, to conferences and public relations, the depth of experience she amassed over the years has been invaluable to not just the company, but also the MICE industry in Singapore.
In 2004, Lindy was elected 2nd Vice-Chairman, Asia/Pacific Regional Chapter of UFI –The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. From March 2004 to March 2006, she was Vice-President (Exhibitions) of the Singapore Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (SACEOS), a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting the growth of the exhibition and convention industry in Singapore.
Lindy will be succeeded by Paul Wan who is currently the Managing Director of UBM Singapore and will lead UBM SES concurrently effective from 1 July 2017.

Paul Wan, joined UBM Asia in 2005, where he was responsible for the sales and business development of the jewellery portfolio and played an important role in the success of the Hong Kong September Jewellery & Gem Fair, the world’s number one fine jewellery event. He was promoted to Managing Director of UBM Singapore in 2011, where he has successfully expanded the portfolio of this company with a number of events, including Black Hat Asia, Children-Baby-Maternity Expo Southeast Asia, Singapore Jewellery & Gem Fair. Paul is also the Director of other two UBM companies, Seatrade Communications Singapore Pte Ltd and Sea Asia Singapore Pte Ltd.
