Tehran to host 1st Int'l Gas Show

Asrenamayeshgah news agency- Tehran, the Iranian capital, is holding the first International Gas Show (IRGC 2018) to highlight such topics as Iran's premier position in world gas reserves, its progress in gas industry, formation of international ties, the role of gas in sustainable development and the increase of national wealth.
Organized by TANA Group, this is the first such showcase in the history of the industry in Iran.
Shahr-e-Aftab International Fairgrounds will host the exhibit from September 1 to 4.
The specialized event is aimed at: 1) Providing the industrial and commercial ground for the development of the Iranian gas industry, introduction of investment and joint venture opportunities in the gas industry of the country and technology transfer in the framework of Iran's Sixth Development Plan, Strategies and Programs of the Iranian Ministry of Petroleum; 2) Putting together an international specialized exhibition in world-class level in Iran and providing more specialized exhibitions under the Tehran Oil Show; 3) Maintaining and promoting Iran's status in holding world-class energy events, especially in the Middle East by hosting the specialized gas industry exhibition; and 4) Presenting Iran's capabilities in the gas industry to the world.
